If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at Curtains By Chandra, LLC, we’re here to help! Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.


You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return on an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (including un-laundered) and in the same condition you received it. We request that you return it in the same packaging, but if you have discarded it that’s ok.

Your item must be approved for return to receive a replacement or refund, depending on your situation.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will notify you by email of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. When you actually receive the refund will depend on how your card issuer processes refunds. Typically, this is 7-10 days, although some issuers may take up to 30 days. Please check with your issuer for an exact estimate of how long it will take.

If the item was defective in any way or the reason for the return was the fault of Curtains by Chandra, your refund will be processed immediately. If the reason for the return was not an ‘at-fault’ reason (see below) then any refund will be processed as a store credit in the form of an online credit available to the customer on our website.

At-Fault Reasons include:

  • We didn’t meet the shipping expectations we gave you.
  • We shipped you the wrong number of items (not enough or too many).
  • We shipped the incorrect order.
  • Items didn’t match the fabric advertised in our store.
  • Product was defective.

Not-At-Fault Reasons include:

  • Customer changed mind about color, style, or quantity.
  • Customer no longer needs or wants the items.
  • Customer did not return the items in a timely manner, or returned them in a damaged condition.
  • Customer failed to request a return.
  • Customer laundered the product before returning.
  • Item ordered by mistake.

NOTE: Custom orders are non-refundable.


You are responsible for paying your own shipping for any of the “not-at-fault” reasons listed in our return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, or a store credit, cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
